SKU MITEREXPRESS
INCRA's Miter Express sled represents a revolution in crosscutting tools and will dramatically improve the performance of ANY brand of miter gauge, even the basic model included with your saw (miter gauge and fence sold separately). It's reasonably priced because it's universal - it's a sled that uses your current miter gauge & fence instead of duplicating them, and your miter gauge can instantly be removed for use by itself or use at other shop machinery.

The advantages are simple: The Miter Express doubles your miter gauge's capacity for cutting large panels, it offers more hold down options for greater safety when cutting small parts, and it provides better control overall because the lumber is carried through the blade instead of pushed across the saw.

The Express assembles quickly on either side of the saw blade, and the panels are custom-fit to your saw with two quick cuts and no measuring or alignment. It couldn't be easier! The sliding main panel and locking drop-off panel provide a level surface and perfect zero-clearance tearout control on both sides of the blade.

Compatibility:

Miter slot size:
- The miter bar's adjustment range accommodates actual slot widths between 0.740" and 0.762" and is designed for 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep square-sided miter slots, with or without a 15/16" T-slot at the bottom.

Miter slot spacing:
The max distance between the miter slots is 14" center-to-center.

Table width:
Note: Many portable or jobsite table saws are too narrow for the Miter Express.
For adequate support to the sides, the Miter Express needs a minimum of 8" measuring from the left-hand miter slot outward to the left edge of the saw table if the main sled will be to the left of the blade, or at least 8" from the right-hand miter slot to the outer right edge of the saw (sled can be installed on either side of the blade). Some portable or jobsite saws don't have enough table surface.
