We guarantee that the length and graduations will be accurate and that it will be a usable and fully-functional measuring tool. These rigid rulers are manufactured in the USA by Products Engineering Corporation (PEC Tools), one of the last US precision measuring tool manufacturing companies. They have a satin chrome finish.
