These FAMAG extension shanks will work with all Famag forstner bits and are perfect for drilling deep holes and for wood turning. Each extension has 4 sets screws with 2 clamping surfaces and require a 2.5mm Allen key (not provided). Extensions have hex shanks and can be linked together.
  • 1639.503: Includes 80mm (1639.001), 125mm (1639.002), & 250mm (1639.010) long extensions for bits sized 7/8” (22mm) to 2-1/8" (54mm) with 10mm shank. Comes in a wooden box and with a 2.5mm allen key. 
  • 1639.583: Includes 80mm (1639.003), 125mm (1639.004), & 250mm (1639.011) long extensions for bits up to 3/4" (20mm) with 8mm shanks. Comes in a wooden box and with a 2.5mm allen key.
