Famag Extension Shanks for Imperial and Metric Forstner Bits

These FAMAG extension shanks will work with all Famag forstner bits and are perfect for drilling deep holes and for wood turning. Each extension has 4 sets screws with 2 clamping surfaces and require a 2.5mm Allen key (not provided). Extensions have hex shanks and can be linked together.

• 1639.001 is 125 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits sized 7/8” or 22mm to 2-1/8" or 54mm with 10mm shank

• 1639.002 is 250 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits sized 7/8” or 22mm to 2-1/8" or 54mm with 10mm shank

• 1639.003 is 125 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits up to 3/4" or 20mm with 8mm shanks

• 1639.004 is 250 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits up to 3/4" or 20mm with 8mm shanks

• 1639.005 is 125 mm long x 22mm OD and will work with bits larger than 2-1/8" or 54mm with 13mm shank

• 1639.006 is 250 mm long x 22mm OD and will work with bits larger than 2-1/8" or 54mm with 13mm shank

• 1639.007 is 400 mm long x 22mm OD and will work with bits larger than 2-1/8" or 54mm with 13mm shank

• 1639.008 is 400 mm long x 22mm OD and will work with bits larger than 2-1/8" or 54mm with 13mm shank

• 1639.009 is 400 mm long x 22mm OD and will work with bits larger than 2-1/8" or 54mm with 13mm shank

• 1639.010 is 80 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits sized 7/8” or 22mm to 2-1/8" or 54mm with 10mm shank

• 1639.011 is 80 mm long x 16 mm OD and will work with bits up to 3/4" or 20mm with 8mm shank

Sets:

• 1639.503: Includes 1639.001, 1639.002, & 1639.010. Comes in a wooden box and with a 2.5mm allen key. Works with 10mm shanks.

• 1639.583: Includes 1639.003, 1639.004, & 1639.011. Comes in a wooden box and with a 2.5mm allen key. Works with 8mm shanks.
