      • Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3PM CST will ship out the same day, excluding carrier shipper holidays listed below. There are special circumstances -- such as us having to order in an item, transferring an item from one of our other locations or shipping an item from a vendor's facility -- that can delay your order. Any backorders will be noted in your shopping cart and by email after your order is placed.

        Packages that are refused or undeliverable may be subject to transportation charges. Lost package claims must be reported within 20 days of the shipping date (60 days for international and APO).

        Continental US:

        All orders shipped inside the Continental United States are shipped with any of the following carriers:

        • UPS (or the UPS SurePost service)

        • FedEx (or the FedEx Economy service)

        • The US Postal Service

        • DHL

        Please include a note in the 'Comments' section at checkout if any of these couriers do not deliver to your address.

        All orders shipped inside the contiguous United States that are over $55 will be provided with a FREE shipping options, while orders under that amount will be charged an additional $7.95, plus tax if applicable. Shipping charges are subject to change with promotional codes.

        Alaska/Hawaii/APO/US Territories

        Most orders sent to Alaska/Hawaii/APO/US Territories are shipped via the USPS. All orders going to Alaska/Hawaii/APO/US Territories may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email with these charges before processing your order. If the order is going to Alaska/Hawaii/APO/US Territories, we will cover HALF of the shipping charges. If the order fits in a flat-rate box, we will cover all shipping charges.
