These bits are made in Japan by WoodOwl and are the finest bits available.

Originally designed for use in bamboo, these bits work incredibly well in hard and soft woods, acrylic, rubber, and PVC. Because they were designed for use with bamboo, these bits work exceptionally well in fragile materials. These bits leave exit holes with little-to-no blowout.
