The Super Chip free points on these acrylic bits are precision ground at a 60-degree angle for gradual penetration which eliminates cracking, melting and chipping of acrylic material.

The special 0-degree rake angle on the cutting edge makes these bits perfect for enlarging existing holes without binding or grabbing as the bit exits the material. Plus, these bits virtually eliminate burrs and blowout on the exit side of holes. 

These bits will also drill chip free holes in wood and wood composites. They are not designed for metal.

The precision ground point, flutes, body, clearance and drill diameter result in the ultimate in accuracy and performance

All sizes larger than 1/4" have 1/4" shanks

7-Piece set includes sizes 1/8”-1/2” by 16th and comes in rugged, heavy gauge, corrosion resistant, epoxy coated, snap lock all steel case.
