The VACUDOG™ Vacuum Clamping Starter Kit gives you everything you need to turn your MFT or 20mm workbench into a highly efficient vacuum clamping surface (except the pump)—right out of the box. At the heart of the system is the patent-pending VACUDOG™, a low-profile vacuum fitting that installs directly into a standard 20mm bench dog hole and connects to your vacuum source from underneath the bench.
By routing the vacuum line below the work surface, VACUDOG™ eliminates clamps, bulky vacuum pods, and hoses that clutter your bench—allowing you to work faster, more efficiently, and without interruption.
VACUDOG™ features a compact three-part design consisting of:
- A low-profile cap
- A main body with a double O-ring sealing and retention system
- A push-to-connect vacuum fitting on the underside
The double O-ring system deforms slightly inside the dog hole, creating a secure friction fit and a dual air seal for excellent vacuum performance. Installation is completely tool-free—simply press the VACUDOG™ in from the top, then give it a quick twist from underneath the bench to lock it in place. Removal is just as easy: twist, push up, disconnect the airline, and you’re back to work.
The black anodized aluminum VACUDOG™ works with both chamfered and non-chamfered 20mm dog holes and includes interchangeable caps for each style. It installs from either the top or bottom of the bench, making it ideal for flexible hose routing and clean shop setups.
This kit expands the system with multiple reusable rubber vacuum seals and 8mm poly tubing, allowing you to create a variety of vacuum clamping configurations for different workpiece sizes and shapes. It’s ideal for sanding, routing, assembly, veneer work, and repetitive operations where clamps slow you down or get in the way.
The flush, non-protruding design allows VACUDOG™ to live in your bench full-time without interfering with normal work. Precision-machined from black anodized aluminum, it offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a clean, professional appearance that complements modern shop environments.
