VACUDOG™ is a patent-pending, low-profile vacuum fitting adapter that installs directly into a standard 20mm bench dog hole, allowing you to turn your MFT or workbench into a highly efficient vacuum clamping surface. By connecting the vacuum line from underneath the bench, VACUDOG™ eliminates clamps, bulky vacuum pods, and hoses cluttering your work surface—so you can work faster, more efficiently, and without interruption.
VACUDOG™ features a compact three-part design consisting of:
- A low-profile cap
- A main body with a double O-ring sealing and retention system
- A push-to-connect vacuum fitting on the underside
This retention system allows the O-rings to deform slightly inside the dog hole, creating a secure friction fit and a dual air seal for improved vacuum performance. Installation is completely tool-free—simply press it in from the top, then give it a quick twist from underneath the bench to lock it in place.
Removal is just as fast: twist, push up, disconnect the airline, and you’re back to work.
The black anodized aluminum VACUDOG™ works with chamfered and non-chamfered holes and includes two interchangeable caps:
- One for chamfered dog holes
- One for non-chamfered dog holes
VACUDOG™ works right out of the box on most MFT tops—including benches that do not come chamfered from the factory—without requiring any permanent modification. The non-chamfered cap also allows for flexible installation from underneath the bench and improved hose management when using angled fittings.
VACUDOG™ is ideal for sanding, routing, assembly, veneer work, and repetitive operations where clamps slow you down or get in the way. Its flush, non-protruding top allows it to live in your bench full-time without interfering with normal work.
