These replacement screws are ideal as spares for chip breakers/cap irons on Stanley, Record, or Clifton hand planes. They are also suitable for use with thicker blades in these planes, easily accommodating blades up to 0.25" thick, The threads measure 0.277" long and are 5/16-18" UNC. The Slot is 0.061" wide and .0.082" deep.

    Fits Stanley and Millers Falls, adds length with thicker blades!
    I got tired of paying $20-$25 ( and maybe includes shipping) off of Epay (you know who I’m talking about) These are perfectly made and fit Stanley, Millers Falls, and other similar types of planes! It has extra length, which comes in handy if you are using a thicker aftermarket blade or cap iron! And you can NOT beat the price! Shipping was quick and Taylor Tools really does a favor carrying these in stock!! Thank you Taylor Tools!!
