    A bit short
About 1/32" shorter over 12" compared to Starette rule on yr combination square

    Review of scales
Just what I need for my table saw for me easy-to-use than a tape measure.

    Not cut straight
The 6" ruler was not cut straight on one end making one edge of the ruler 1/16" or so less than 6". It will still function well as a straight edge.

    accurrate as advertised
I use the 24 inch rule as a straight edge to check for flatness while hand planing in preparation for glue ups. Having a true straight line to find the high and low spots makes a big difference.
