Details

This compact set of solid brass calipers fits easily in a shirt or apron pocket and is ideal for quick measurements in the shop. Graduation marks are laser-etched in both 1/16" and millimeters. It can take both outside and inside measurements (use the middle mark on the lower scale when taking inside measurements).

The jaw rides in a dovetailed channel and moves with your thumb via a stud on the beam. The jaw has just the right amount of friction to allow smooth adjustment while still holding measurements securely.
