Cork-rubber is a composite material made by grinding cork and neoprene rubber into fine particles and bonding them together under heat and pressure, creating a durable, non-slip, high-grip surface. The combination delivers high friction with good resilience—gripping like rubber, cushioning like cork, and holding workpieces securely without marring delicate surfaces.
Ideal for lining the jaws of woodworking vises, clamps, bench dogs, and holdfasts, rubberized cork dramatically improves holding power—especially on smooth or finished stock—while helping prevent dents, dings, scratches, and slipping. The aggressive PSA backing bonds quickly to clean, smooth surfaces and stays put under clamping pressure.
Beyond vise jaws, these sheets are equally useful around the shop: line clamp faces, pad sanding blocks, stabilize jigs, pad tool trays and drawers, or place them under fixtures and small machines to reduce movement and vibration. This material has hundreds of uses literally in the shop. The 2 mm thickness offers a low-profile grip that won’t compromise capacity or alignment.
Each sheet is easy to cut to size with a sharp knife or scissors.
