    Fantastic!
Love this plane! Smoother than my Stanley. and the sole was dead flat upon arrival. Also love the adjustment knob.

    exeeded expectations
I have had several used #4 and 5 planes that I restored, but never a new one. I purchased this taytools #4 and am very happy with the quality and functionality of the tool. After a fresh honing it made very nice shaving, very easy to adjust. There is quite a lot of slop (how much you have to spin it to advance, or decrease the blade exposed) in the blade adjuster. This is a good quality tool with a great value price. Zero complaints. It now sits in my tool box for daily driving.
