These center-finding rulers feature a centerpoint with equal measurements extending to to both ends of the rule, making it quick to locate the center of a workpiece. These rules are made in Japan by Shinwa Measuring Tools Corporation, a premier measuring tool manufacturer. Made from the finest stainless steel available and hardened and tempered. Has a zero glare baked-on satin chrome finish which makes it easy to read and prevents corrosion. Graduations are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability.
