Robert Sorby ProEdge Long Grind Jig

The Long Grind Jig is designed for use with the Fingernail Profiler, Deluxe Universal Sharpening System, or the ProEdge, enabling turners to produce three distinct profiles on bowl and spindle gouges: fingernail, long grind, and extra-long grind. The desired profile is selected by positioning the profile arm in one of three location holes.

The jig replaces the standard fingernail jig supplied with Sorby sharpening systems and is used in the same straightforward way, while offering increased versatility through its multiple grind options.
