Grind Type: Alternate with Raker (AR 4+1) - A 4+1 alternating tooth pattern where every fifth tooth is a square-shouldered raker to keep the blade straight during cutting. A versatile grind suitable for both ripping and crosscutting.

Recommended Material: 3/8" - 3/4" solid wood and plywood

Machines: Miter Saws (Kapex)

Application: Designed for use in a Festool Kapex Sliding Compound Miter Saw. Features a -5° hook to prevent self-feeding, which can potentially cause kickback on a mitersaw. The AR 4+1 grind is durable while also helping prevent tearout due to the lower cutting pressure.

  • High-grade, fine grain C-4 Micro-Grain carbide tips allow more sharpening and longer service life.
  • Teeth that are 1/3 larger than other premium brands allowing up to 20-25 blade sharpening.
  • Carbide teeth are ground to a 1200 grit micro finish for razor sharpness the produce clean and smooth cuts and long life.
  • Fully hardened, hand-tensioned and heavy tool steel bodies for optimal plate stability and flatness that run true for better cuts.
