Details

The unique concave/convex shape makes it ideal for tackling curved surfaces with ease, fitting hollows and rounds or along spindles. It can also function well as a flat scraper along its parallel edges, while the points at the concave end are particularly useful for scraping in narrow grooves.

Designed for the removal of small amounts of material, it excels in challenging grain areas where traditional planes might cause tear-out. Can create razor-thin shavings and a cleaner finished surface compared to sanding.

Material: C75 carbon steel, hardened to 60 HRC
