Make a scratch awl to your own unique design using this round awl kit. This kit is made by Narex of the Czech Republic and is of exceptional quality. The blade is made from Chrome Vandium Cr-V steel and heat treated to 61 HRc. Blade tip is sharpened and ready to use. Epoxy blade in place for a secure fit. Brass ferrule is OD 0.471" and ID 0.0435" and 0.361" long. Ferrule is a proper ferrule with inside bevels and annealed so will not split with wood movement.
