Ral 2002 orange Epoxy painted 1.5 mm thick sheet metal for Q1 and 2.55 mm thick for Q2 and Q3
Bakelite (insulating material unaffected by heat) interior and exterior metal protection

Permanent ferrite magnet:

Q1: 60-32/10mm
Q2: 80-40/12mm
Q3:100-60/15mm

Metric 4 end threaded screws for the bakelite protectors, 3 for Q1 and 5 for Q2 and Q3. Passing through completely and being end threaded holds the two sheet metal pieces
tightly together for the tool´s whole working life.
