Make a marking knife to your own unique design using this marking knife kit. This kit is made by Narex of the Czech Republic and is of exceptional quality. The blade is made from Mn-V steel and heat treated to HRc 61. Blade is 0.125" thick, 0.580" wide and 1.5" long. The double bevel is sharpened at 20 degrees and tip ground to 55 degrees. The tang is 0.210" wide by 0.125" thick and 1.25" long. Exact hole size will depend in wood species. Epoxy tang in place for a secure fit. Knife comes super sharp and ready for use. The brass ferrule is OD 0.4675" and ID 0.0435". This knife is an excellent value for a good quality tool.
