Details

These chisels are by Narex of the Czech Republic and are of exceptional quality. The blades are made from fine-grained, nicely tempered chrome-manganese steel and hardened to 59 HRc. The blades take and hold an excellent edge. The blades sides are ground straight with no bevel and the cutting bevel is ground at 25 degrees. Handles are stained Hornbeam and have solid brass ferrules to withstand vigorous mallet work. Blades have well-seated heavy steel tangs. They come in a retail box.
