Narex 5 Piece Wood Line Flat Chisel Set In Canvas Tool Roll (6, 12, 16, 20, 26 mm)

This Narex 5-piece chisel set comes in a durable canvas tool roll and includes the following sizes: 6mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, and 26mm. The blades are forged from high-alloy Cr-Mn steel and heat-treated to 59 HRc for excellent edge retention. Each chisel features an ergonomically shaped European beech handle with steel ferrules and hoops for added durability.

The heavy-duty canvas roll is designed with five pockets to securely hold the chisels, plus additional space for storing a small knife or carving tool. Reinforced with polyester banding to resist fraying, the case also includes an extra-long tie to keep tools safely secured during transport.

In the small village of Bystrice in the Czech Republic the Narex factory has been making world-class edge tools for 100 years. The Narex factory was founded in 1919 by Mr. Vaclav Richter, a local blacksmith who began producing chisels and gimlets. To this day, Narex is best known for making an extensive range of high quality, reasonably priced bench chisels. While the Narex factory has modernized a great deal over the past century, it still retains many traditional manufacturing methods. Chisels are still produced in the original Bystrice factory site using old-world drop-forging techniques which greatly enhance the strength and durability of the steel.
