Build accurate sleds fast.

The ZeroPlay Miter Bars takes sleds to the next level of precision. The miter bars are adjusted to fit your miter slots from above the sled, making the process as easy and precise as possible. The ZeroPlay expands to engage both edges of the miter slot along their entire length. This allows smooth operation with "zero play" side to side in a way no other miter bar can.

Calibrate your miter bar quickly and accurately from above the sled.

ZeroPlay Miter Bars are adjusted to fit the miter slot while it is attached to your sled, allowing you to get the best fit possible. Just set, test, adjust if needed, then begin using your sled. The two halves of the ZeroPlay expand to fit the slot, providing full contact all along both edges of the bar.

Fits any standard 3/4" x 3/8" miter slots.
Mounts and adjusts from above the sled base for fast and accurate set up every time.
Includes (2) ZeroPlay Miter Bars for larger or longer sleds and (2) ZeroPlay Miter Stops.
Glass reinforced parts will not warp or swell with environmental changes like wood runner.

Will it fit my miter slot?

ZeroPlay Miter Bars will fit any standard (3/4" x 3/8") miter slot that measures between 0.73" and 0.79" wide and is at least 5/16" deep.

Compatible miter tracks include but not exclusive to ShopSmith, SawStop, Bosch 4100, Delta Unisaw, Powermatic, Rigid, Dewalt, and General 350 Tracks.

*Not compatible with table saws with tabs cast into the top of the miter slot or 5/8" miter slots i.e. Ryobi or Craftsman.

Miter bar compatibility displaying the minimum and maximum widths, compatible miter bar slot types, and miter stop slot types.

Mount and adjust from above for the best fit-fast.

Top-down installation. Miter Bar secures to the sled from the top, allowing you to square it to the blade without taking it off the table.

Speed and versatility. Miter Bars can be used in tandem for longer sleds or to engage both miter slots at the same time. Retrofit to your existing sled and move easily from jig to jig.

JH-1:

Keeping firm control as you use your sleds and jigs requires a good grip, but finding a quality handle has always been hard until now. You can now buy the GRR-RIPPER handle packaged with two MATCHFIT dovetail nuts.

How to Use: The MATCHFIT Jig Handle can be locked in place anywhere in the dovetail grooves milled into your sled. Anywhere you can mill a dovetail, you can mount the handle. It can be mounted using machine screws up to 1/4" (7mm) in diameter, or you can simply screw it in place with wood screws.
