Microjig ZEROPLAY 360 Sled Kit

Many table saw sleds have only one function, and factory miter gauges have a limited range of angles. With its unique grid layout of dovetail grooves, this sled is fully adjustable to cut any size stock at any angle. We’ve combined the ease and accuracy of the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar system with the versatility of the all-new MATCHFIT Dovetail Hardware.

The unique grid layout of dovetail grooves allows you to set your fence at any angle, and lock it in place with the included MATCHFIT Dovetail Hardware. No matter the angle of your cut, the ZEROPLAY Miter Bar keeps the sled running parallel to the blade at all times.

This sled is incredibly easy to build. All you need is some plywood, a ½” 14-degree dovetail router bit, and about an hour. The package includes detailed and easy to follow plans that will help you build the most versatile sled in your workshop.
