5/5The product works great for drilling the tapered holes.
The product works great for drilling the tapered holes for the wooden nails. One thing I have noticed is that for some reason these do not seem to fit into the hex slip in chucks for my drill. I think there must be some difference between USA ones and ones not made in the USA. I use them in a traditional three jaw chuck with no problem. If there is a slip in chuck adaptor for these it would be nice to get one.

4/5Works well with wooden nails
The drill bit is optimized for drilling holes to use wooden nails and works well. Note that the base of the bit is not a standard 1/4" hex quick release size so you can't use it with a standard impact driver. You can use a standard drill chuck tightening down the same as a round drill bit.
