These Tool Setting Gauges by Jessem can be used anywhere in the shop to make precise horizontal or vertical measurements and to set up machines. They can be used to set the height of your table saw blade, router bit, set the depth on your drill press or even the fences on various power tools. The possibilities are endless! They ensure you get the perfect height or depth for any project. They come in two sizes, a large and small option to suit your shop’s needs.

They are made from thick 14-gauge stainless steel. The internal parts are also made with stainless steel components, all machined in-house on Jessem’s Swiss Lathes. The tightening wheel is machined from solid brass and the outer washers allow for ultra smooth adjustments.

These tools make adjustments quick and easy, simply loosen the brass knob and set the gauge height. These gauges are equipped with micro-detents, allowing adjustments down to 1/16 of an inch. With the smooth adjustment knob and easy-to-read laser etchings, these tools guarantee repeatable accuracy that is unmatched in the woodworking tool world today. No need to use set up bars or other fancy jigs. These gauges will be your go-to all-in-one solution!

The Large Tool Setting Gauge has a max travel of 3-3/8”, and our Small Gauge has a max travel of just under 2 inches.

    Nice Design!
    This tool is very useful and well built. Everything works perfectly and the accuracy is spot on. The gear setting ensures that the setting is fixed and does not move during use. The small version is more versatile that the large one because of the intricate of small parts. I bought both Large and Small, but now that I have used them for a while, I would suggest just get the small one. I hardly ever need to use the Large version.

    Great gauge
    I do woodworking from 2 different shops and this one was my second gauge because I liked the first one so much. Accurate and easy to use. Nothing cheap about its construction.
