Dial in perfect cutter heights fast and accurately with this precision-engineered Solid Brass Setup Block, ideal for setting the height of router bits, table saw blades, jointer knives, and other cutting tools with repeatable precision.

This setup block features two solid brass rectangular blocks that slide smoothly against each other along a 45° angled guide, allowing you to quickly raise or lower the measuring surface while maintaining excellent stability. The solid brass construction adds weight and durability, helping prevent unwanted movement while you fine-tune your tool height.


Multiple Locking Options for Maximum Flexibility:

Three integrated locking positions let you choose the adjustment style that fits your workflow:
  • Left Slot: locks in precise 1mm (0.039") increments
  • Center Slot: allows continuous, stepless adjustments
  • Right Slot: locks in traditional 1/16" (1.6mm) increments
Simply select your preferred slot, slide to the desired height, and tighten the locking pin to secure your setting

Wide Measurement Range:

By rotating and positioning the block, you can set tool heights from 0" (0mm) up to 1-3/8" (35mm) for internal measurements, and even longer for external setups.
