Henry Taylor Acorn #9 Curved Gouges for Woodcarving

These tools are curved along their length to allow easier cutting in recessed areas, such as inside bowls or along curves—perfect for shaping concave surfaces where straight blades can't reach.

The sweep number (#9) refers to the curvature of the cutting edge. A larger sweep number correlates to a greater angle of curvature, while a #1 would have a straight blade edge.
