The Sharp Edge can easily sharpen bench chisels, mortice chisels, firmer chisels, plane blades, spoke shave blades and cabinet scraper blades from 1/8" to 3-3/8" wide. The sharpening angle can be quickly and easily adjusted from 23 to 90 degrees. Angle settings are marked on a sliding adjustable hone support, allowing the incline to be adjusted to the perfect angle every time. This tool will automatically hone a consistent square edge across the entire width of chisels and blades.

The tool is incredibly safe to use as the blade is held static throughout the entire sharpening process. It comes with 4 durable and replaceable diamond hones (200– 1500 grit) extra coarse to extra fine, to create the perfect sharpened edge. The diamond hones are quick and simple to change over and are held in place by strong rare earth magnets. Comes standard with a unique backing off tool that will keep the polish on the back of your blades and remove the burr produced during sharpening.
