Fujiwara Japanese Style Mini Awl with High Carbon Steel

These small mini awls can be easily cupped in the hand allowing more control for precise work. They are perfect for marking and making starting holes for smaller screws when making boxes or other small projects. They can also be used to mark lines against a rule or pierce small holes in thinner material. Overall lengths are 3-3/4" and is 0.600" in diameter. The blade is made from hardened high carbon tool steel and ground to a very fine point. They come with either maple or oak handle. This awl is a pleasure to hold and use.
