CMT Orange Tools Lock Miter Carbide Tipped Router Bit Set

This pair of bits is ideal for producing octagonal-shaped boxes and popular corner cabinetry for kitchens, kitchen islands, entertainment centers, and corner hutches. The 22.5° Lock Miter set provides a strong, tight joint even at 45° angles. After machining the joints, they can be glued and assembled or simply clamped using strapping tape.

TRI-METAL BRAZING: CMTs silver-copper-silver brazing “sandwich” provides a tight bond between the steel and the carbide, with a shock absorbing effect to protect the carbide tips when cutting harder woods and reduces the chance of failed welds.
