Benchdog’s Precision Triangle has been one of our most requested products to date and is now available in two sizes: 300 mm and 450 mm.

Features Include:
  • Engraved Angle Markings: Professionally laser-engraved using state-of-the-art equipment. Marked at 1° increments, with prominent indicators at 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 22.5°, 30°, 40°, and 45°.
  • Metric Scale: Clear, laser-engraved metric scale with mm markings for accurate measurements.
  • 20 mm Set Holes: Positioned at 96 mm centers, with 135 mm spacing for 45° placement—the standard for MFT tops—making it ideal for ensuring fences and guide rails are set to a perfect 90°.
  • Edge Pins: Designed for quick and accurate setup and alignment along edges.
  • Removable Side Cheek / Foot: Easily removed using thumbscrews—no tools required. No more searching for hex keys or screwdrivers. The aluminum cheek is set at 228 mm for ease of use and can be repositioned on either edge of the triangle.
Each Precision Triangle is accurate within 20 microns, as verified by our CMM measuring machine, and is supplied with its own calibration report.

Precision CNC-machined in the UK from tooling plate aluminum and anodized with a satin black finish for durability and a refined appearance.

Despite its size, the large Precision Triangle is lightweight and easy to handle. Each edge features laser-engraved metric markings in 1 mm increments, along with angled markings for enhanced accuracy.

The goal of this product was to create a practical yet elegant design that follows our signature hexagon pattern instantly recognizable as Benchdog.
