This two-pack includes two 3/8″ diameter HSS stepped pocket hole drill bits, stop collars, and allen wrenches.  If you have a dull pocket hole bit, or if you want to an extra on hand, these bits are the perfect choice. These bits are made from long-wearing high speed steel and will work with materials from 1⁄2" to 1 1⁄2" thick.  The 1⁄4" hex shanks will work with any drill and fit standard quick-change chucks. Compatible with all models of pocket-hole jigs.

    Pocket-hole step drill with stop collar and wrench
    I don't use pocket hole joinery a lot, unless I building cabinets or doing some kinds of furniture repairs. I've used name brand bits that were always good and cheap bits that have either dulled quickly or the tip broke off drilling (can you believe this?) wood. These drill bits so far have been very good. After drilling 100+or- pocket holes, they still cut nice, clean holes like new.
