The SawStop® Compact Saw (CTS) is SawStop's most lightweight and portable saw yet and is packed with features that address safety, portability and precision. This Compact Saw delivers stability. durability and innovation with a design that’s built for the worksite, garage or for working outside. This saw if perfect for trim carpenters, flooring installers and home DIYers to name a few. Note: This Compact Table Saw does not accept dado blades only uses the TSBC-10R3 brake cartridge.

Features:

SawStop’s Patented Safety System: Stops a spinning blade on contact with skin. The blade stops in less than 5 milliseconds, and drops below the table, minimizing a potentially life-altering injury to a mere scratch.

Compact and portable: Easy to transport to any jobsite or around the home or garage weighing in at just 68 pounds.  Convenient ergonomic carry handle on the side of the saw make lifting and moving a breeze. Rigid tube structure and rubber feet provide a durable, stable cutting experience.

Blade Elevation: The 10” blade can be fully raised or lowered using the centrally located adjustment knob.

Quick-Tilt Blade Angle and Micro Adjust Blade Angle:: Tilt the blade quickly to any desired angle in one-degree increments. Fine tune blade tilt with the infinitely adjustable micro adjust feature.

High-Lo Rack and Pinon Fence: Dual height Hi-Lo Rack and Pinon fence allows safe and accurate cutting of thin or thicker material and acts as a material support for thin materials. Rack and pinion fence is easy to adjust and remove and keeps the fence parallel to the blade. The fence locks down tight by pushing in the adjustment knob. Rip capacity is 24-1/2”.

Fence Storage: store and lock the fence under the tabletop with the flip of a lever.  

Efficient dust collection:  Dust port is is attached to an internal shroud and exits the rear of the saw where dust is directed out the back of the saw through the 2-1/2" dust port. For addirtional dust collection capabilites a shop vac can be attached.  

Control Box: Large power Start/Stop switch with lights to communicate system status. Can use the control box to bypass safety system when needed.  On-board computer constantly checks that all systems are working to keep you safe.

Tool-Free Zero-Clearance Insert Specifically engineered for the CTS series, this insert provides accurate cuts and reduces tear out. One push lockdown allows for tool-free operation and easy install.

Onboard Storage: Keep the accessories contained and protected in the onboard flip out storage compartment. Store and protect the blade guard, riving knife, miter gauge, wrenches and extra cartridge and more, all ready for quick use.

Optional folding stand (#77042) with adjustable legs is sold separately.
