FP3 Duo Featherboard

Bow FeatherDUO Stackable Featherboard offers all the breakthrough benefits of the FeatherPRO featherboard in a raised platform. Ideal for feeding taller material on Table Saws, Band Saws, and Router Tables. FeatherDUO includes two separate FeatherPRO featherboards along with two risers and long bolts for a maximum stackable height of 3.5”. Also, stack the two featherboards without the risers.

FeatherDUO Features and Benefits:

Outstanding Feed Control: EVA Feathers are firm, yet pliable. EVA feathers are shaped to maximize feather surface contact on the material. These attributes combine to deliver a smooth firm glide under tension. A firm and controlled feed ensures a straight, clean cut.

EVA Feathers Protects you Wood and Tools: EVA feathers are a high-density industrial grade foam material that even under highest tension will not mar or leave chatter marks on even the softest of woods. EVA feathers will also not wear or bleed onto material. EVA feathers dampen vibration for a cleaner cut. In the event of accidental contact with a cutter, unlike plastic feathers that can damage cutters and become dangerous projectiles, EVA feathers will cut right through.

Unprecedented Kickback Safety: If there is one reason to buy the FeatherDUO over any other featherboard, it is your safety. Patented hinge design combined with the EVA feathers' ability to absorb energy provides 5X more resistance against kickback than plastic or wood feathers. As kickback occurs and material moves backwards, the hinged feather opens and applies pressure on the material against the fence. EVA Feathers simultaneously absorb energy to reduce or even arrest kickback.

Reversible, Replaceable and Interchangeable Feathers: Bow feathers are press-fit into the FeatherDUO. Reversable for left or right feed. If accidentally damaged, buy a replacement feather. FeatherDUO comes with our UltraFLEX feathers.

Specifications: Features AnchorPRO Hardware: FeatherDUO mounts to a 3/8”* 3/4”(19-20mm) Miter Slot, or 12-18mm T-Track. Hardware includes two ¾” miter bars that secure in the Miter Slot faster, with less effort and greater hold force. Miter bars have integrated T Bolts and a greater expansion range that covers variations in slot size. Oversized ergonomic knobs. T Bolt Spec: Two 5/16 - 18 x 2 1/4” (short) and two 4 3/8” (Long) fully threaded T Bolts fit 12-18mm T-Track. Head Dim: .090 Thick x .45W x .725L. PP1 18" Pushstick

PushPRO Push Sticks offer safety improvements and new benefits in a tool category that has lacked innovation for years. Featuring High-Density EVA tips, PushPRO improves feed control, protects wood, and protects you. While also protecting your tools in case of accidental contact between the Push Stick and the blade. PushPRO eliminates the use of plastic to guide wood. When pressure is applied, plastic can mar or affect the porosity of some woods. Plastic does not absorb vibration like the High-Density EVA tip used in the PushPRO. PushPRO simply delivers a better cut than plastic.

PushPRO Push Stick Benefits:

Better feed control delivers a cleaner cut. High-density foam pad conforms to the wood and dampens vibration for a cleaner cut. EVA foam grips the wood for better feed control, allowing you to apply various levels of pressure without slipping, which can occur with plastic push sticks.
Non-Marring. Unlike Plastic Push Sticks, Density Foam pads will not mar even the softest of wood under high tension. Plastic Push Sticks can dent soft woods or compress the surface, thereby adversely affecting stain and glue absorption.

High-Density Foam Tips Replaceable and Reversible. Should the PushPRO accidentally contact a blade, High Density Foam Pads are replaceable, and the tool is saved. Tips are double-sided.

High-Density Foam Tips Protect your Tools. Should you accidentally contact the blade with the PushPRO, unlike plastic Push Sticks, the High-Density Foam Pad will not harm the carbide tip blade.

PushPRO improves safety. When a plastic or wooden Push Stick comes in sudden contact with a blade, the reaction can sometimes be violent and pose a risk to your safety. PushPRO High-Density Foam Pads cut smoothly, absorbing the impact of accidental contact with a blade.

Ergonomic 18" long Handle for comfortable feed control.

Modular construction enables possibilities such as designing your own custom handle, which can be mounted to the coupler.
