3M™ Pro Grade Precision™ Faster Sanding Sheets are better than ever, thanks to the combination of NO-SLIP GRIP™ backing and premium mineral technology found in CUBITRON™ II Industrial Abrasives, providing longer sheet life, less effort and less hand fatigue than conventional sandpaper. Rubberized NO-SLIP GRIP™ backing resists tearing and provides longer sheet life - 7 times longer than conventional sandpaper. NO-SLIP GRIP™ makes it easier to keep a grip the paper when sanding by hand. Each large 9” x 11” sheet is perfect for customizing to your needs, and its unique open coating resists clogging. For the best sanding results, sand with the grain of the wood and work through a sequence of grits, from coarse to ultra-fine, skipping no more than one grit between sandpaper. Purple sandpaper color will not discolor the surface you are sanding.
