We guarantee that the length and graduations will be accurate and that it will be a usable and fully-functional measuring tool. Instead of recycling the steel, they are sold at a fraction of the price.
These rulers are manufactured in the USA by Products Engineering Corporation (PEC Tools), one of the last US precision measuring tool companies. They have a satin chrome finish.
