Titebond Speed Set Wood Glue

Titebond Speed Set Wood Glue is an extremely fast-setting, high solids PVA adhesive.  Clamping time of just 15 minutes. It provides exceptional gap filling properties developing a bond stronger than the wood itself. This product offers excellent sandability, unaffected by finishes, and increases productivity through its shorter clamp time with no increase in viscosity. Titebond Speed Set is non-toxic and cleans up with water.

 APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

• Application temp above 59°F
• Open assembly time: 2-4 minutes (70°F/50%RH/8%MC)
• Total assembly time: 8-10 minutes (70°F/50%RH8%MC)
• Minimum required spread: Approximately 6 mils or 250 square feet per gallon
• Required clamping pressure: enough to bring joints tightly together (generally, 100-150 PSI for softwoods, 125-175 PSI for medium woods, and 175-250 for hardwoods)

LIMITATIONS:

• Not intended for exterior use where moisture is likely
• Not for structural or load bearing applications
• Storage life 24 months in tightly closed containers at 75°F. For best results, mix glue every 30 days to reduce settling
• To assure optimal bond 59°F is the minimum temperature of the glue, air, and materials during application
• KEEP FROM FREEZING. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
