Some of the most important adjustments you can make to your table saw are to ensure your fence and blade are parallel to your miter slot, there is no blade runout, and your arbor is running true. You will not believe how well your table saw will cut when the above adjustments are performed accurately. In addition, getting your blade and fence parallel to your miter slot will improve the safety of your saw by minimizing kickback. This jig can also be used to test for router and drill press run out and to set your jointer infeed and outfeed tables coplanar and to set knives coplanar to the outfeed table.

This jig is designed and engineered in the USA.

Specifications:

Digital Indicator:
  • 1" total travel
  • Direct conversion between inch, metric and fractions
  • Floating zero (can set zero at any location, even after unit is powered off and back on)
  • Absolute zero (can set and recall zero at any location even when powered off) , automatic off after 5 minutes of non-use
  • Hold function (can hold a measurement)
  • Lifting knob (can pull out plunger from back of unit)
  • Resolution to 0.0005”, 0.01mm or 1/128”, repeatability to 0.0005”
  • Accuracy to 0.001”.
  • Uses a standard 3V CR2032 battery that will last for 1 year with moderate use and comes with extra battery.
Miter Bar (the piece that slides in any standard 3/8" x 3/4" miter slot)
  • 6” long with rare earth magnets and spring expansion anvils to keep it tight in the miter slot while also allowing it to slide easily up and down the miter slot.
  • Machined from hardened aluminum alloy and anodized and will never rust.
Slider Bar (the piece that mounts to the above Miter Bar)
  • 9” x 3/4" and has a 6-3/4" long machined slot to allow adjustment and can be locked down tight with the included hex screw. A hex wrench is included.
  • Allows an indicator to be mounted horizontal or vertical.
  • Machined from hardened aluminum alloy and anodized and will never rust.

    So glad I got this!
    I am newer to woodworking and I got an 113 table saw. This helped me get it tuned to a very reasonable tolerance. My Amish neighbor was able to use it too!

    Game changer
    This is a game changer. Anyone using a table saw should own this alignment tool. I was able to align my fence and my saw blade to achieve better and accurate cuts. Wish I had purchased this tool a while ago. I would have more hair on my head.

    Could have had a better fit
    My saw table is aluminum so the magnets don't work and the short bar doesn't sit completely to the bottom of the track when attached to the long bar.

    What a Difference !!
    Our shop uses a very old Craftsman model 100 that I have from my fathers shop. It has always a difficulty to dial it in to make precise and accurate cuts, but now with our new IGaging DigiAlign digital Indicator the job is fast, easier, and extremely accurate. What a game changer.
