RAMIA is a small, family-run, Czech-based company with roots in workbench manufacturing dating back to the first half of the 20th century. Established in 2006, RAMIA continues this tradition by producing classic workbenches while also introducing modern joiner's benches for both professional and home workshops.

The Premium Superb 2100 Workbench is a robust and versatile workbench designed for professional woodworkers and serious hobbyists, perfect for workshops with ample space. Its 3''-thick European beech top provides a durable and stable surface, complemented by a hefty apron and sturdy trestle with double stretchers that can withstand heavy-duty tasks such as hand-planing, chiseling, carving, pounding, and sawing.

This bench is equipped with two high-performance vises, offering versatile work-holding options for a variety of tasks. The front vise features a twin-screw chain-gear mechanism with double spindles for smooth operation and precise jaw alignment. The chain drive eliminates the racking commonly found in other vises, allowing you to securely clamp materials anywhere with jaws that remain perfectly parallel. This vise opens to nearly 10'', providing ample capacity for larger workpieces.

At one end, a traditional tail vise with dual steel rods ensures smooth, rack-free operation. A key advantage of the tail vise is its unobstructed design, which creates a gap at the front of the bench, perfect for securely clamping chair legs or other long parts that need to be held while working on one end.

The front vise measures 27-1/2'' (700 mm) long and 3-7/8'' (100 mm) wide with a 9-7/8'' (250 mm) clamping capacity. The tail vise is 18-1/8'' (460 mm) long and 5-1/2'' (140 mm) wide with a 7'' (180 mm) clamping capacity. Both vise jaws feature three integrated bench dog holes for enhanced versatility and clamping options.

The benchtop includes 16 bench dog holes on the top and 5 on the front apron, enabling secure clamping of workpieces in both horizontal and vertical positions, using the included metal bench dogs.

For added practicality, the bench includes a tool drawer for easy access to frequently used tools and a full-length rear tool well, ideal for quickly clearing the work surface and organizing extra materials and tools. The dovetail joint construction ensures exceptional strength and long-lasting durability, making this bench a trusted choice for demanding woodworking projects.

This bench can accept the optional Pro-II tool storage cabinet.
