Bridge City Tool Works 12" Triangular Zero-Glare Hook Ruler
This 12" rule was made in the USA by Bridge City Toolworks in the late 1990s and it is no longer in production. These were bought from the Seattle factory in 2018 before it closed shortly before the business was sold to the Chinese. All BCTW tools are now made in China.
The rule is made from solid aluminum with a flat black anodized finish which creates an easy to read “zero” glare finish. The triangular shape eliminated parallax reading errors. Rule comes with a brass washer that can be attached to one end turning it into a hook rule allowing accurate readings from the end of material.
Permanent graduations include:
- right to left 16ths
- left to right 32nds
- centering rule in 32nds
- offset rule where 32nds start 1" from edge of rule
- left to right 16ths.
Graduation accuracy meets US and British standards.
